Since 2022, Sukon Al Madena has treated every villa garden as an engineering
project first, a design project second — because Dubai’s sabkha soil, high
salinity, and extreme evapotranspiration rates destroy generic garden designs
within a single summer. Before any planting begins, we run a full soil
assessment and select turf and plant species rated for GCC arid-climate
conditions, not imported landscaping standards that fail here.
